Houndstooth - Olive
Our unique spin on a classic textile pattern! Houndstooth dates back over 2000 years--the oldest example was discovered in a Scottish peat bog--and the modern version has moved from Scottish shepherds to high-end fashion houses. The distinctive angular design is named for its resemblance to a dog’s tooth, though the French see another animal part in the design: they call it the pied de poule, or chicken’s foot.
Our knit blankets are soft and breathable, yet durable enough to travel from the bed to the park. Curl up with them on the sofa with a good book, or take them with you for a picnic on a nice day. Just throw in the wash when needed.

This is my second purchase from Manufica. I love the design, the feel, and the story behind each piece. Washes well and has survived dogs and kids. Will gladly buy again!
